Meet The Andolina's
Ready Response is a local family-owned business serving Bucks, Montgomery and Chester Counties providing convenient and efficient training services. They are providers with the American Red Cross and offer classes at their locations and also schedule on-site trainings for businesses and special community groups.
Owners and lead trainers Mike and Karin Andolina are lifelong Bucks County residents. They specialize in Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR & AED training for community groups and travel to conduct on-site trainings for families and businesses alike. They also provide Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers and Instructor Training Courses. Mike is a teacher in Bucks County and has been in the field of education for 12 years. Karin is a Registered Nurse and works as a patient care manager. Together, their desire to educate others has always been their motivation. Their sense of humor and expertise mixed with hands on training engage participants in a stress-free and fun environment!

Meet The Team
Trey Balasco received his BS in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2018. In 2019 he earned his Pennsylvania teaching license where he currently works as a teaching assistant. Trey is a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor and co-instructs classes at Ready Response. Trey also has extensive experience coaching various youth and high school sports.

Regina received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from West Chester University in 2007. In 2017 she earned a Masters Degree in Intercollegiate Sports Administration. She is an experienced educator in the Philadelphia area for the past 10 years. Prior to teaching, Regina spent several years coaching collegiate level field hockey and continues to coach various sports through the Philadelphia region.

Nicole Sheppard is a new addition to the Ready Response team conducting classes at our Doylestown location. She is an Administrative Assistant for a local construction company and also has experience coaching youth lacrosse. Having two school-aged children of her own, Nicole understands the importance of knowing how to respond to emergencies and enjoys teaching others how to as well!
Tom received his BA in Health & Exercise Science from Gettysburg College in 2006. He earned his Health and Physical Education teaching certification in 2007 and his Masters Degree in Education in 2013. He has been a high school Health and Physical Education teacher in Bucks County for the past 10 years. He has experience coaching a variety of sports at middle and high school levels.

Drew graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1999 with a degree in Intercultural Communication. In 2013 he received an advanced degree in Innovative School Leadership from the Friends Council on Education. Drew has been an elementary teacher and a middle and high school coach in the Philadelphia Area for twenty years. In addition to being certified as an instructor for CPR, First Aid, and AED Drew is also certified on Wilderness First Aid through the National Outdoor Leadership School. Married and a father of six Drew enjoys time in the outdoors with his family hiking and kayaking in his free time.
