Meet The Andolina's
Owner and lead instructor Mike Andolina is a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Education in 2009 and his Master’s Degree in Sport Management in 2015. He has been a professional educator for 11 years in the Philadelphia and Bucks County area.
Mike has extensive professional development and classroom experience working with diverse learners. His background in education enables him to identify and respond to the individual needs of his students.
Mike’s sense of humor and expertise mixed with hands on training engage participants in a stress-free and fun environment!
Karin Andolina received her RN designation from Arizona State University in 2010. Karin is a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor and will lead and co-instruct classes at Ready Response. Karin has extensive experience in the field of Nursing, Health Care, Safety and Education as Registered Nurse in PA.
Karin keeps her classes fun, engaging and always provides an exceptional training experience!
Meet The Team
Trey Balasco received his BS in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2018. In 2019 he earned his Pennsylvania teaching license where he currently works as a teaching assistant. Trey is a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor and co-instructs classes at Ready Response. Trey also has extensive experience coaching various youth and high school sports.
Trey is friendly and organized in his instructional practice, his laidback style keeps his classes efficient and stress free!
Regina received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from West Chester University in 2007. In 2017 she earned a Masters Degree in Intercollegiate Sports Administration. She is an experienced educator in the Philadelphia area for the past 10 years. Prior to teaching, Regina spent several years coaching collegiate level field hockey and continues to coach various sports through the Philadelphia region.
Regina is an instructor at Ready Response and will lead and co-instruct courses in the Philadelphia, Chester and Lehigh region. Her experience in education and working with large groups keeps her courses time efficient and engages all of her students in learning the skills necessary to save a life!
